Your computer does not meet Microsoft's official hardware requirements for Windows 11. By signing this form, you acknowledge the risks associated with upgrading an unsupported system.
1. Hardware Compatibility: I understand that my computer does not meet Microsoft's official minimum hardware requirements for Windows 11, which may include TPM 2.0, Secure Boot, specific CPU requirements, or other specifications.
2. Microsoft Support: I acknowledge that Microsoft may not provide technical support for Windows 11 running on unsupported hardware, and my system may be excluded from certain support channels.
3. Future Updates: I understand that Microsoft reserves the right to withhold future Windows updates, including security patches and feature updates, from systems that do not meet official requirements.
4. Stability & Performance: I acknowledge that running Windows 11 on unsupported hardware may result in reduced stability, compatibility issues with certain applications, or degraded performance.
5. Data Responsibility: I confirm that I have backed up all important data before the upgrade process. AllNet Technology Group, LLC is not responsible for any data loss that may occur during the upgrade.
6. No Warranty Claim: I agree not to hold AllNet Technology Group, LLC liable for any issues arising from Microsoft's policies regarding unsupported hardware, including but not limited to update restrictions or support limitations.
7. Service Guarantee: I understand that if AllNet Technology Group, LLC is unable to successfully complete the Windows 11 upgrade, I will not be charged for the service.
